Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
- Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be mostly (75%) unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund requests along with a picture of the remaining product.
Process
To initiate a refund, please:
- Contact us at bloominblissbath@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund. Please attach a photo of the remaining product.
- Once your return email request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at bloominblissbath@gmail.com.
