Cocoa and coconut butters are commonly used in bath bombs as moisturizing agents. However, they are not the most sustainable or even nutritious options available.
Though lesser known, mango butter is both more sustainable and more nutrient-dense. It is also absorbed more quickly by the skin, gently moisturizing without leaving a greasy residue.
Packed with vitamins A, C, and E—all essential to skin health—mango butter is a more sustainable ingredient because the plants are drought tolerant and mango fields provide a habitat for other plant and animal species. Finally, most mango butters, including our organic mango butter, are farmed without pesticides.
For optimal benefits, it is recommended to use the bath bombs 1-3 times a week, and more often than that in the winter, due to dry skin concerns.
