At Bloomin’ Bliss, we believe in the healing power of everyday rituals.
Our founder, Pat Robson, first discovered the calming magic of meditation in the bath when she was off work on a medical leave, struggling with persistent insomnia. What began as a personal healing practice soon blossomed into a mission: to help others reconnect with themselves through simple, sensory moments of peace.
It is simply true that when we heal ourselves, we heal the world.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Run your bath or shower. The ideal temperature is 36-38 degrees Celsius.
- Release the bath bomb or place the shower steamer at the bottom of the shower.
- Cleanse your body, if in the bath, before beginning the meditation.
- Apply your spa products--masks, scrubs, oils.
- Press play on your chosen meditation.
- Close your eyes, or focus on a candle. Breathe. Let the day melt away.
